Identification and Prioritization of Green Lean Supply Chain Management Factors Using Fuzzy DEMATEL

Green–lean supply chain management (GLSCM) refers to strategically adopting and coordinating environmentally sustainable practices lean concepts in operations. A considerable set of factors needs be identified implement GLSCM successfully. This study examined the influencing green implementation Readymade Garments Industries Bangladesh through a literature review discussions with field experts. The fuzzy decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (fuzzy DEMATEL) approach is employed analyze these effectively. research identifies capacity utilization, purchasing, demand variation as most influential GLSCM, while quality improvement Kanban system are considered least important factors. explored categorizing into cause-and-effect group, degree interaction, interrelationship under consideration. findings this may help managers develop an effective system, hence increasing organization’s total profitability.
